By integrating the distribution services with production and sourcing we offer effective services in balance with other parts of the Demand Chain. This is in line with what is needed to achieve Demand Chain Leadership^(R). Through this we can evaluate and plan the demand chain on strategic level and provide input to both tactic and operative level.

In the service strategic planning we monitor incoming order flows and forecasts and continuously evaluate these in order to have the right capacity available and to be able to work towards strategic objectives. Through an ongoing dialogue with marketing, sales, production, sourcing and product development we can foresee and work proactively for a dynamic and effective distribution, reducing the gap between different parts of the company.

Through our experience within systems integration we can integrate our systems with our customers and retrieve the right information in order to analyze and use in our work with strategic planning and support.
