UnitedLog Group AB announces CEO change

The board of directors today announce that Mr. Jimmy Tjärnlund was named Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Tjärnlund, a co-founder and vice chairman of the company, will assume his new role with immediate effect, replacing Mr. Anders Tormod who in agreement with the Board will leave the Group.

Mr. Erling Gustafsson, Chairman of the Board, commented that ”Mr. Tjärnlund will continue to build the company with the aim to improve structure and profitability”.
