Project management
UnitedLog consultants are experienced project managers with extensive experience from the supplier as well as the customer side.
The need to strengthen the project manager organisation varies between different customers. UnitedLog Consulting are experienced project managers of ERP systems and performance management projects and have worked both in delivery projects and in acceptance projects. Depending on the customer’s requirements we can offer different undertakings. In an experienced project organisation, we can assume the role of quality assuror or sounding board. If resources with the right experience are lacking in the customer organisation, we can act as main or sub-project manager, or as support/mentor for main or sub-project manager. In a project with several players/suppliers, we can act as coordinator or take on responsibility for the entire undertaking.
