Process development

The purpose of introducing a new ERP system or making changes to the existing one is mainly to improve the company’s processes and make them more effective. Process modelling and process optimisation are therefore central to our services offering and are included in all phases: purchasing, implementation and further development/governance of ERP systems.

In the case of purchasing, process modelling is used to chart existing processes and required changes.
During implementation, process modelling is used to document future processes, roles, and organisation, as well as changes to the existing ones. For governance  of the ERP system, it is important to take advantage of the system’s potential. Here, we offer services for measuring effectiveness and optimising the processes.

We like to be given the opportunity to train our customer in methodology and tools, and to act as a leader and support in the case of process modelling, but we can also assist with drawing up documentation.
As regards process optimisation, our starting point is our knowledge of the industries’ standard processes, benchmarking and different ERP systems and, on that basis, we perform analyses of key ratios and effectiveness. We are pleased to help our customers to establish a maintenance model where measurements of effectiveness in the information process are included in the model.
