To achieve a clear, active organisation we develop, together with you, processes and routines for how the governance organisation should function. This gives defined roles and responsibility for governance. This shows how the governance organisation cooperates with the rest of the operations and the system suppliers, and also creates ERP system governance based on the requirements of the operations.
