Change management

The purpose of projects is to make changes. If these have not been recognised nor established within the organisation, the necessary conditions for the project’s complete success will not be in place.
Our experience is that it can be difficult for the members of the project group to identify, establish and carry through the changes in the business that are necessary in order to make effective use of the new system. Within this area, UnitedLog Consultant can take the role of performing the change work or of supporting the customer’s change manager, with the task of identifying necessary changes in roles, responsibility and organisation pushed through from the project, of explaining and establishing these within the management group, and of managing the activities required for executing the changes.
